Privacy Statement within the meaning of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Italian Data Protection Code"

The personal data entered in the information request forms and/or quotes will be processed by GN Engineering srl using electronic and manuals tools in compliance with the Code and current Privacy legislation.
The data provided will be processed in order to provide users with information or to provide personalised offers. Users can exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights) of the Italian Data Protection Code, in particular: the right to access your personal data, request the correction, updating and deletion thereof if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of current regulations, and to object to the processing for legitimate reasons.
Refusal to provide personal data and/or authorise the processing thereof shall mean that we will be unable to fulfil the request. The personal data collected will not, in any case, be disseminated or sold to third parties.
The data may however may be transmitted, for the aforementioned purposes, to companies and/or collaborators for management of the administrative services you use to fulfil your legal and contractual obligations.
These entities operate as duly appointed and trained processing agents. The data collected may not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above and will only be retained only for the period of time necessary to fulfil such purposes.
Thereafter, the data will be deleted. The retention timeframes for detailed purchases and services data shall not exceed the timeframes established by current regulations.
GN Engineering srl is both Data Controller and Data Processor.
